REGISTRATION
STEP 1: INITIAL REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
If you are an artist ready to list, please note the following:
*** We need your FULL details (name, address, country, email for customer contact, PayPal payment address, and phone number).
You need to be a registered PayPal user. (Preferably a business user, so you have a dedicated payment page.) If not, please tell us. We will then send you information on how to register. This is needed so that you can receive payments directly for your art.
There is a once-off listing fee with us of
$25.00$20.00 applicable. We will send you a link to pay for it via email.
Please send us your details (see *** above) via the Customer Care link above. Mention that you are an artist that wants to list with us.
STEP 2: COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION
Photos and prices of your art.
An estimate for shipping charges.
SHIPPING CHARGES: You need to check with your local post office as their charges are normally the cheapest. Ask for the INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PACKAGE RATES (large items that would weigh more than 20 kg or that are too big to ship as a small parcel) or the INTERNATIONAL SMALL PARCEL RATES (items less than 20 kg). Take the largest amount supplied by them for the type of shipment you want to use and convert it to US Dollars. Now round it up to the nearest 10 Dollars (e.g. if it is $48.43, then you ask $50.00).
STEP 3: COMPLETION OF ORDERS
PayPal will contact you directly via email for every order. (You got money!)
You will receive one or more CODES and QUANTITIES and an amount from PayPal. (These codes are listed on you sales page and the customer have to quote these to complete payment.) The amount receive should include shipping charges.
You will do the completion and shipping of all orders.
Always specify the reason you are contacting us and provide full details.
